How do I start?
Begin by submitting the intake questionnaire to get things rolling. Or you can contact us below and we will help you get started.
What happens next?
Once your questionnaire is reviewed, we will determine if a record review may be appropriate. If so, you will be provided with a service agreement. After you sign the service agreement, you’ll upload your records for review.
When is payment due?
Payment is processed once your records are uploaded and before the review begins.
How long is the review?
Reviews typically take 7 to 14 days but timing can vary.
How do I get my letter?
Your completed letter will be delivered to you once the review is finished.
